About me
Born in Italy in 1994, I studied filmmaking in Lugano [Switzerland] to then move to Liverpool three years ago. Working mostly between documentaries and commercials I’m always looking to become a better filmmaker. The first project I’ve worked on from the first months of living here is a feature documentary I DPed about the Cavern Club that has been broadcasted on Sky. The project, lasting for more than 2 years, introduced me to LA Productions where I often work with the Factual department, from conception to delivery. Working for LA Productions brought me closer to TV dramas and corporate videos. As the Factual team we filmed behind the scenes pieces for the dramas and pick ups/GVs in close collaboration with the post production department. On the side, a close relationship with YETI Creative and DP Alex Stevenson has led me to work on Primark’s social media campaigns assisting the DP. The highly creative and free environment has given me the possibility of using the newest technologies first hand [e.g. MoCo robot arm and high speed Phantom cameras]. The passion for the Image carries on in my private life as well, being in fact an avid film photographer and film geek. When I’m not thinking about films and images I enjoy cycling, cooking and baking.
