About me

Over the past three years, I have gained various experience working mainly in fashion PR and I’m currently seeking an opportunity to expand my skill set. Having interned for a few PR agencies, I’m ready to take the next step in my career too Press Assistant. During my time as an intern, I have gained valuable experience handling big name clients such Kate Spade, Versace, Jonathan Saunders, Julian Macdonald and I would make a great part of your team. I am very organised, used to meeting tight deadlines and prioritising tasks to ensure that the work gets done to a high standard. I believe I have a good understanding of the fundamentals of PR. I am experienced in collating and evaluating coverage, organising samples, ensuring sample deliveries, identifying key media and creating creative campaigns.   • Assisting clients with there choice of luxury experiences over phone and e-mail. Tailoring and creating inventories for clients luxury experiences and holidays. In 2013 I interned for the company Give Truly Experiences within their retail operations. This Required me to Respond to customer inquiries via several channels (Chat, Email and Telephone) providing customer service in which we were given the task of "making the clients day" at least 3 times a day with an outstanding gesture in order to ensure any client request was fulfilled with extra compassion or an extra treat to exceed the customers expectations. For example a client once called to give feedback that on his luxury wine tasting experience they had not been able to offer the specific wine that he had most wanted to try on this day, it had been his anniversary and he was quite disappointed, in reply to this I apologize, agreed to inform the wine tasting experience providers and as a gesture I sent the client a complimentary bottle to his office with apologies from the company. Interning for Give Truly taught how important excellent customer service is, and always making sure that the clients experience is a highly positive one even if they are calling to make a complaint.
