I've spent the last 12 years in advertising. During this time, I've worked in some great agencies, made some work I'm proud of and enjoyed the madness.
I've also learnt a few things...
1. One word can make the difference between a good ad. And a bad ad. One tweak can morph an average script - to an amazing one. Craft is so bloody important.
2. I believe that tone can make a brand. Or break a brand. Whether that tone is executed in a TV spot - or a simple social post. It matters.
3. Making people feel something - helps people buy something. And 'the feels' that come from comedy are just as powerful as anything.
4. Bullshit is boring. Fluffy strategy stinks. And there’s absolutely no need for all the nonsense.
5. It’s nice to work with nice people. Because, let’s face it, life is too damn short.
If you feel the same, let's talk.
