I was initially brought into the company to manage the advertising operations, however I quickly progressed to managing all commercial activities, including and not limited to; sales, business development, marketing and campaign management. - Partnership management - Organisation of branding at events and on associated marketing materials - Creating and implementing an affiliate marketing strategy for both FACT Magazine and sister company The Vinyl Factory - Spotting further business opportunities with existing clients, selling and upselling commercial deals - Accountability for all commercial account reconciliation, reporting and invoicing - Using DFP to implement and manage all advertising campaigns to ensure timely and consistent delivery - Daily campaign analysis, resolving traffic issues, troubleshooting targeting issues, and campaign optimisation to ensure maximum revenue - Shaping optimisation priorities and tactics using campaign-specific KPI’s - Email campaign management
- Management of affiliate networks and reporting - Reconciliation of month end click and sales data to be used for invoicing purposes - Sales accreditation – collating B2B & B2C sales information for client reporting - Writing copy, monitoring and updating website content and tracking URL’s - Ad scheduling and monitoring using DFP - Email campaign management and A/B testing. - Using HTML and Adobe Photoshop to build email marketing campaigns, working with the client for approval and overseeing the delivery to subscribers - Generating daily client revenue and click reports - Managing client database and chasing sales reports - Troubleshooting issues and reporting bugs to the technical team - Organising the quarterly company social event
