At the fashion agency East Photographic, I was a photographer’s agent representing both fashion and commercial photographers. Working in a fast-paced environment, I managed briefs and contracts from advertising, fashion and editorial creative teams and determined cost implications of each project.
The campaigns I looked after spanned print, digital and online formats.

I was brought in to set up the stills division of Pointblank, a London and New York production company and agency. I successfully signed a roster of photographers and developed their portfolios. This included:
· Finding, signing and managing emerging and established photographers.
· Recruiting and employing staff members.
· Researching potential clients and meeting advertising agencies to bring in new business.
· Putting together accurate estimates and negotiating with suppliers to get the best rates.
· Managing both content and photography projects, including commissioning for UK and US advertising agencies. This involved finding photographers as well as illustrators and CGI artist and negotiating fees for these projects.
