· Began as Education Assistant in 2012 supporting the current QEPEO with all educational events, and was promoted after 6 months.
· Arranged, planned and executed large annual medical conferences, attended by all Primary Care staff in Shropshire (typically around 3,500 attendees over a 3-day period).
· Arranged, planned and executed weekly seminars and practical surgery skills courses for GPs.
· Sourced, wrote and produced the monthly MaGPIE Magazine, and then distributed it to all medial staff.
· Dealt with the raising of red-flags within Secondary and Primary Care settings, ensuring the incident was escalated to a suitable station, resolved and action points were implemented.
· Part of a team of board members at the NHS who were implementing an internal communication system using Microsoft SharePoint.
· Worked closely with surgeons, doctors, board members and practitioners to deliver a high standard of education and ensure the Shropshire CCG surpassed both national and county-specific NHS mandate requirements and regulations.
