I thrive in the fast paced nature of the industry, with the ability to adapt and approach solutions creatively. With 10 years experience in fashion retail and having supported global brands with multiple social media marketing campaigns, I have acquired a broad understanding of consumer wants and trends both online and in store.
Endeavouring to develop more knowledge of social media marketing, design and management, I co + founded an instagram account where I create interactive fashion stories, copyright and manage post schedules, and optimise follower engagement.

- Successfully managed the visual proposition for numerous seasonal launches and events in central london flagship stores cost-effectively, whilst finding new and inspired ways to creatively communicate the brand messages.
- Led the VM Instagram page as an interactive training tool and gained 0 - 700 internal business followers across multiple host types (Debenhams, Outfit, Tesco, EB & Solus markets) in 3 months. As a result the concept was rolled out by CEO to other arcadia brands.
- Styled and filmed engaging video and written content for the brands official instagram resulting in an increase in engagement on IGTV.
- Confident and experienced in liaising with brand directors, store managers and key brand figures through floor walks, and proposing a visual strategy based on commercial reports.
- Identified new business opportunities through planning of the VM calendar for events and regular competitive shops to consistently elevate visual displays and identify new commercial opportunities.
- Worked alongside the buying team to support the allocation of stock to different host types and influence stock packages based on commercial reports and visual strategy.

- Flagship Westfield store, creating Innovative and trend led, but also commercially aware visual displays which drive both footfall and sales.
- Launched seasonal updates to the womenswear floor through product handling, mannequin styling, and maintaining impeccable standards.
- Supported the head office product presentation team with visual guidelines to be rolled out nationally.
- Helped the store vm team score a 9.5 for presentation during a director visit in December 2015, a new record for the store at the time, subsequently winning visual team of the month for the area in January 2016.
