About me
I started as a PA/ Team Assistant back in 2015 and worked my way through to Executive Assistant and then Operations Manager and have enjoyed every minute with my current employer. Since 2017 I have worked closely with the two partners, assisting them with key decisions for all businesses that sit within the lab collective. Throughout my journey here, we have expanded and explored new ventures, such as turning our office into a co-working/event space with an on site cafe, this has been such a huge opportunity to learn how a business grows from an idea to a fully functioning profitable business. In 2020 I started my very own venture, at first this was just a hobby that soon developed into a small business to keep my creative juices flowing. I create magnetic letters using recycled coffee grounds and an eco-resin called Jesmonite, and my main clientele are cafes around the world! This keeps me busy in the evenings. With my keen eye for detail, positive attitude, and caring nature I believe I can add true value to any business. I thrive in a busy environment and always keep a clear mind. I pride myself on building relationships through engagement and being a very personable and approachable individual. I am determined and motivated to make a success in everything I do, and I would love the opportunity to be considered for a new role within a thriving creative industry.

    Oversee the functionality and aesthetics of the office and make sure the space aligns with the company values and it's purpose.  Take a proactive approach by making improvements within the space and make sure the day to day runs as smoothly as possible for all employees across all companies.  Create and organise internal and external events such as company parties, talks and fundraiser events. Be the main point of contact for all other facilities and suppliers. Contributed to the design development of new company branding and new property developments.
