I am a UX and Product Designer with 5 years' experience in the end-to-end design of user-centered digital products, I craft experiences which are intuitive, elegant and visually compelling. I am passionate about innovative and solutions-focused design that solves real problems and delivers true value and a meaningful user experience. I have significant experience designing highly optimised, cross-platform B2B products, alongside mobile app design.
My experience in front-end coding informs my design process, enabling me to create component-based designs which are feasible and can be implemented within project timelines. I enjoy working with developers to implement my designs and solve any problems that arise during the build phase.

- Customer Insights Dashboard DesignThe client was struggling to gain in-depth insight into their customer journeys and satisfaction levels using their existing insights dashboard. Their existing dashboard was too simplistic and did not meet the needs of the many different user groups. We designed and built a new dashboard from scratch, focusing on addressing the differing needs of each user group.
- Dashboard Product Reporting ToolWorking closely with product owners and developers, in my current role I design modules and components for our core product. I recently worked with the product owners to develop new ideas and designs for a key reporting feature within the product, where users can save charts and other data visualisations as reports which they can later refer back to, share with other users and export.

As the UX lead for one of GPM's web apps, my role encompasses working with product owners to gather requirements and define user stories through to creating initial mock-ups and polished designs for hand off to developers.
