I'm currently working for Escalate Disputes, an award-winning dispute resolution platform that is championing SMEs and helping them to resolve their commercial disputes and bad debts.
I manage all digital activity for the brand, including website updates and developments, and social media profiles. Working with Escalate's network of partner firms (comprised of accountants, law firms, funders and IPs), I also help promote seminars and events, as well as increasing visibility of the Escalate brand online.
My role involves working with our design agency and copywriting of marketing brochures, leaflets aimed at specific sectors, promotional material for events, and organising the artworking and printing of the seasonal newsletter. Content creation, social media planning and scheduling, as well as a digital strategy that involves collaborating with Escalate's partners also falls under my remit.
Escalate was created by the professional services market to provide a smarter way for SMEs to resolve their disputes, by removing upfront costs and focusing on a quick settlement. The brand has gone on to win several awards throughout 2017 and 2018 and is helping to unlock £50m worth of cash that was previously 'stuck' in the traditional legal process.
