  • Organised exclusive events in the Topshop Personal Shopping suite alongside Topshop’s senior stylist. These events all led to an increase in profits with takings increasing by approximately £1k to £2.5k in profit each time we held an event. Responsible for tracking and recording targets/profits/losses. Successfully developed and implemented a shop floor reorganisation plan, which helped to increase concession profits. Selected and featured on HouseofCB’s social media platforms for working ‘above and beyond’ to engage and increase interest in the brand and heightened footfall in store. Built strong relationships with the stores’ management team, helping to build moral and better working between the staff in both departments. This allowed more freedom for merchandising and collaboration with Topshop. Supervised part time staff and deputised for the manager, assisting in managerial responsibilities. Obtained good customer service skills through interacting and building relationships with customers and providing help and advice to junior members of the team when dealing with any complaints or difficult customers. Responsible for reconciliation at the end of each day including checking that the tills balance at the end of the day, sending weekly reports to head office, managing the stock room and stock levels daily, and processing delivery and transfers. Took a keen interest in merchandising by researching trends and observing customer shopping behaviour to ensure the right stock was selected for the concession. Best sellers replaced slow selling stock and were strategically placed on the shop floor, giving our brand maximum exposure. This in turn boosted the revenue for the concession as I also met customer demands.
