Responsible for reconciliation at the end of each day including checking that the tills balance at the end of the day, sending weekly reports to head office, managing the stock room and stock levels daily, and processing delivery and transfers. Took a keen interest in merchandising by researching trends and observing customer shopping behaviour to ensure the right stock was selected for the concession. Best sellers replaced slow selling stock and were strategically placed on the shop floor, giving our brand maximum exposure. This in turn boosted the revenue for the concession as I also met customer demands.

Furthermore, took inspiration from high end runway shows and translated that into my own designs for the accessory department. Shadowed employees to see how quality control was carried out on garment fit models and to see the relationship between different teams working together to ensure products were fit for sale.
