My responsibilities include:
- Managing Xbox Advertising team in EMEA
- Developing strategies to promote business and identifying new opportunities to meet the quarterly target
- Overseeing projects and supervising the day-to-day operations of the team
- Meeting regularly with team members to share reports about performance, objectives and deadlines
- Hiring and training new team members
- Partner with sales team on pre-sales activities including ideas, capabilities, targeting and program scope
- Collect requirements and assets from client, media and creative agencies and developing the best technical and design solution to meet their KPIs and drive brand awareness
- Drive policy, procedure and processes as it relates to programs that run on Xbox
- Facilitates inbound communication to the Product Team and Third Party vendors that include custom solutions (i.e. Sweepstakes, Avatar items, Custom Games, etc.)
- Oversee the end-to-end process of multiple advertising programs that run on Xbox
- Manage top executions and client communications
- Weekly campaigns analysis and optimisation, post campaigns reporting, insights and research data
- Creation and implementation of marketing service strategy to guide sales team to 100% quota attainment
