Work history
Event Manager
Since 2015 I have been independently running an Events Management business via a Website and Face Book Page, on these two platforms I offer free, friendly and bespoke event solutions for all clients, this ranges from wedding receptions to the corporate office parties.
I offer my advice, planning and creative concepts free of charge as my real payment is gaining experience within an industry I love.
I meet with my clients on a face-to-face basis in an environment where they feel comfortable and listen to their ideas and event wishes. Following this initial consultation I aim to work with them in chorus to plan and pitch something magical! This is a very intimate process which has given me a fantastic understanding of how to deal with clients and produce detailed events that display a personal touch. I am able to create, plan and execute my events confidently and independently, I brain storm ideas, proposals, creative concepts and solutions to ensure the seamless delivery of a fantastic event. I resource, research and continually build on relationships with a vast scope of suppliers, decor providers and creative bods. This helps me to obtain the most outstanding and practical costs and solutions. I have designed and created bespoke management systems including cost control and budgeting sheets, a contact and supplier directory and tailor-made proposals.
I have struggled to find a company that is willing to employ a work hungry events fanatic without much experience within an events company, therefore I have taken the ‘bull by the horns’ and I am creating my own experiences in hope that it proves my passion and determination and displays my spark for events.
