Creative Services ManagerAction for Children

Working within Action for Children’s Brand Marketing and Communications team delivering strong and engaging creative to help disadvantaged children across the UK, with over 600 services in the UK our work has a lasting effect on vulnerable and neglected children.
Recruited, manage and motivate a team of two in-house designers, a copywriter and a production assistant along with a pool of freelance resource to enhance our creative services offering for Action for Children.
Creative and project management contribution on a wide range of campaigns along with BAU projects, these include -
• Action for Children rebrand 2019, creative direction on all deliverables and internal brand shop.
• Christmas campaign 2018/19 (Secret Santa - #iamsanta), artwork and production deliverables.
• Build Sound Minds campaign 2018 (raising awareness on mental health), artwork and production deliverables.
• UK’s largest national corporate sleepout event “Byte Night" 2018/19 (raising awareness of youth homelessness) design, artwork and production deliverables.
• Leading the creative team to create a new brand look and feel for our first pop up shop called “1869” located in Norwich, the success of this project and raising 19k in just 4 weeks resulted in the development of a new pop up stores in Watford intu centre and Birmingahm Resort World.
