Working alongside the Chief Client Officer, I will liaise with both ID and UI teams on a variety of projects to develop and prepare a creative prospectus for growth within the business. Further to this, as a New Business Strategist, I am involved in all stages of each project, including research and insight, ideation development and producing pitch documents to help win business.
I am responsible for managing the assessment of creative briefs, the development of ideas and the designing of new business proposals, utilising all of the channels available through the Bauer network. Combined responsibilities include project management, design, copywriting and account supervisor reporting directly to the Director of Proposal Management. The primary purpose of the role is to ensure that Bauer is seen as a creative and reliable media network that responds quickly and efficiently to the needs of brand owners and their agencies.
Tasked with producing innovative creative solutions to generate creative revenue and grow market share from agencies, clients & PRs, via advertorials, sponsorship, print, cross-brand and cross-platform solutions (including digital platforms). Working alongside the Agency Group Director and other Creative Solutions sales and design team members, I am also responsible for delivering the advertorial and sponsorship budget for the year, across my allocated brands- heat, Closer, FHM, Q, Zoo, Mojo, Kerrang! and Empire magazines.
Involved in Information Technology and Services; effectively managing a portfolio of corporate clients and servicing their needs. Successfully launch and devise communication plans for each client including interrogation of workplace and effective marketing strategy for engagement.
