Hello! My experience spans from working as a Digital Project Manager in large advertising agencies to working client-side in the Digital Marketing Team at the Sydney Opera House. I have spent my last year in London working at Wonderbly (previously Lost My Name) as Creative Studio Manager and then as Delivery Manager. Some of my achievements include: - Successfully implemented a new creative workflow system at Wonderbly, increasing the overall output of the team's capacity to further support the launch of 4 new additional products in the year. - Initiated and project managed the launch of the new search functionality on the Sydney Opera House website which substantially reduced the number of complaints received and increased conversion rate from 4.83% to 5.2%. - Established and developed SLA timelines, design templates and costs estimate for all Audi BAU retail work at Holler Sydney to streamline the briefing and delivery process as well as improving transparency and relationship with the client. Working at both agency and client side has given me a good all round insight on managing and communicating with different stakeholders. I am a people person and enjoy working collaboratively with like-minded, inspiring people to further help me grow and develop.
