I am a people professional who decided to make sure the work I do has meaning and purpose. My work has to reflect my values and beliefs, motivating me to be better every day. I love how tangible people operations can be, we genuinely change lives and the world around us. People, Businesses, Ecosystems, Governments, Media, Infrastructure, you name it there is usually an HR/ Talent/ Operations person in there somewhere, always prepared to ride the rollercoaster, while spinning plates! I've always put people at the heart of what I do and am a massive advocate of building relationships, no matter how small. Taking opportunities to develop myself professionally and personally with every conversation; every encounter is an opportunity to learn something new.
