Responsibilities included setting up all new staff and removing all leavers; implementing all updates to job titles, charge codes, and charge-out rates for each client; ensuring that time sheets were completed each week; and performing due diligence before converting any opportunities to live jobs on the system
• Developing existing and creating new complex weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting initiatives to
reflect the overall objective of improving efficiency and profitability. These reports included actual and
projected sales revenue, broken down client by client; converted and lost opportunities; staff utilisation
rates; and a detailed breakdown of how all non-chargeable time was spent each month. These reports
would then be presented to the CEO in Excel spreadsheet form, and I would use my analytical skills and keen eye for detail to break down the data and provide a synopsis

implement the changes
