I am a hard-working, determined individual with a quick ability to learn and adapt to a new environment. Time management skills give a good balance between extra curriculum and university studies. I am driven to learn new skills and be dedicated to a new work environment.
My experience at Harrods taught me that I enjoy the aspect of working in the stockroom more than selling, although I did like the aspect of helping customers on the floor. I guess it all comes from the fact that I enjoy everything being organised from my planner and my computer desktop to my personal belongings. Working for Harrods also gave me confidence and understanding of the customer service and basic sales transactions.
Main duties were to administrate and to do simultaneous translations.
During my internship at “White Square” (5th International Advertising and Marketing Festival) I was in charge of evaluating applicants into different categories and contests. Also one of my tasks were to be a representative of the company and dealing with partners from Asia and Europe gave a good understanding of customer service. In preparation for actual event I wrote commercial text for the “White Square” and also was asked to write a script for a coffee commercial.
