My experience at Harrods taught me that I enjoy the aspect of working in the stockroom more than selling, although I did like the aspect of helping customers on the floor. I guess it all comes from the fact that I enjoy everything being organised from my planner and my computer desktop to my personal belongings. Working for Harrods also gave me confidence and understanding of the customer service and basic sales transactions.
