    Responsibilities o Conceive a marketing strategy to support Sylvania’s corporate restructuring, delivering a 2-year timeline along with communication deliverables o Sylvania ‘Light Your World’, create a refreshed, customer-centric brand proposition for Sylvania. Provide a comprehensive set of brand guidelines and train internal and external audience o Align Sylvania’s restructuring and new brand proposition with an adapted proposition for the Fast Moving Goods BU – covering both B2B and B2C o Support the newly formed SylSmart BU in creating a Smart / IoT proposition along with a suite of Marketing and Sales tools. Work with local markets and their partners to introduce SylSmart o Ensure that Sylvania is GDPR compliant o Overseeing all Marketing change programs such as Digitalisation, Procurement or Intelligent content creation. Achievements o In charge of the conception, organisation and delivery of Light + Building 2018 (L+B18) – the world’s largest biennial lighting and building fair in Frankfurt (Germany). The project involved cross-functional teams, external partners and a budget of €900K with a turnaround of 4 months. Our most successful fair to date with a sales pipeline of €2.5M in the two months following the fair o Created a defined user experience (UX) for L+B18 by ensuring existing customers and prospects can be identified via RFID cards and turned into tangible sales lead. UX also helped gathering visitor data to target them with relevant content and adapt our product development o Being an integral part of developing the architecture of Sylvania’s websites along with the needed content.
