Duties include but are not limited to: diary management, booking couriers, franking post, call-answering and forwarding, meeting room co-ordination, maintaining visual standards throughout the building, ordering stock, raising POs, raising and processing payment for invoices (using Office RND) as well as general ad-hoc client support.
