• Secured €10m of EU funding for various research and development programs.
• Set-up the first cross-divisional project to develop technology for the next generation Boeing and Airbus jet engines.
• Deliver digital strategy and tools to automate the engineering and configuration process to cut bid engineering, procurement and manufacturing deliverables from 4 weeks to 2 days.

• Global responsibility of operational engineering output across the various business units and over 250 engineers supporting £350m worth of divisional turnover.
• Re-structuring the engineering footprint across the Energy and Equipment Group.
