    Streamr Consensus 2018 @NYA massive achievement on this project. We have been collaborating with design agency Accept and Proceed London and Streamr who are the emerging powerhouse in the crypto world, exhibiting at the biggest crypto currency and technology show in the world (there were a lot of Bitcoin purchased Lamborghini's) at Consensus 2018 in NYC. Streamr wanted to showcase how monetising your data gives you and businesses control over what is used (a rather hot topic right now). They a rather nice tag line Data D

    Drive the PPM tool and features through the onboarding process of multiple business change projects for the goals of Clarizen. Gather and create product requirements and specifications. Lead workshops on-site with the client and development team. Ensure integrations (ie - SAP, JIRA) within our tool are met to the specific requirements and each specialist exceed client expectations. Consult on our tools bespoke requirements with the client. Make sure projects meet deadlines and is completed within budget. Provide management updates and detailed reports on a regular basis. Provide leadership and line management of cross-functional teams. Client base is FTSE 100 companies who are led by myself on their Change Management requirements.

    Working with Streamr a digital crypto team promote their brand in a New York event Consensus 2018 event. Managing global 3rd parties to put together an immersive experience space ensuring the message of the brand took the patrons on a journey throughout, using live data represented in several ways using AR apps, robotics, 3D printing and ‘hack’ technology to promote monetization of personal data. Managing all elements of the event space from conception, construction and breakdown. Ensuring lighting and brand were adhered to and all H&S was followed. I improved the designated 20% profit margin to 35%. Delivered all requirements ahead of schedule whilst forming the next project for the business. Working with The North Face with the in house creative team to present this season's latest designs in the San Francisco head office. Collaborating with 3rd parties to build a unique space with bespoke elements telling the story of the evolution of The North Face. Working with Accept and Proceeds design team to bring the brief to life, managing financial constraints and updating the client on their project. Global profit margin designated at 20% but achieving 50% through constructive conversations using skilled negotiating techniques, solid financials and expectation management.
