In my current full time role, I work on creating both print and digital solutions for our clients, who are mainly major educational publishers such as Oxford University Press, Pearson and Bloomsbury. My responsibilities include: Layout, typography, typesetting and branding across digital touchpoints and print design Designing and developing websites, user testing, UX/UI Communicating with stakeholders and other team members to resolve technical and design problems, creating solutions and completing briefs from concept to final creation Repurposing, extracting and digitising content from print to create html snippets for online platforms Confidential secure typesetting Sole consultant on all-things web production for PDQ and its clients Managing production processes, producing in-house documentation and developing training materials and workshops for staff Organising and processing editorial re-use for clients Photographic retouching and processing Pre-press production and archiving
