Building and nurturing a team of 5 designers working across creative disciplines including graphic design and identity, motion design, 3D visualisation, presentation design and digital. Brainstorming creative ideas for how brands could be brought to life through design and motion and then transcended across live and virtual events. Working 'Hands On' animating and mentoring designers to get the very best creative output for timescales and budgets. Delivery of projects included creation of opening animations, animated infographics, brand films, projection mapping, digital and immersive experiences for high profile clients.
