I decided I needed a challenge along with a change of scenery so took a leap of faith & landed a position in Auckland as a senior designer to manage the design department. I was heavily involved with Project/Production Managers, attending regular meetings to discuss workflow along with troubleshooting ideas with sign manufacture & design. I was responsible for full artwork visuals with complete detailed production drawings to enable easy production. During my regular duties I was handed the responsibility for a full company rebrand of Neo Signs with which I thoroughly enjoyed.
