Implemented a growth marketing approach bringing together cross-functional teams to build high growth at low cost. Lickd-hosted music launch event with John Newman at Abbey Road Studios. Responsibilities Marketing and brand strategy: creating and executing overarching brand acquisition strategy, as well as long and short term branding strategy. Team management: responsible for building, hiring and management of a team of three executives and multiple agencies (PR, design, CRM). Influencer marketing: building and managing a full strategy and executing on deliverables, budgets and reporting. Events marketing: managing and delivering owned and sponsored events delivering brand awareness and customer acquisition. Partnership management: creating new relationships with key businesses in the Creator space to cross-promote services. Community & retention: creation of a Facebook community with over 600 professional and aspiring Creators and automatic email retention and loyalty workflows. Content marketing: Building out longtail SEO strategy by creating and managing two YouTube channels (GetLickd and Lickd Tutorials) and a custom-built blog with weekly output, including video production and marketing.
