About me
I offer a multidisciplinary approach — creative solutions enriched by specialisms in experience design, product management and digital strategy. I spend my days leading a technology platform called E-lucid, helping businesses do digital better, building side projects, making art and hanging out with my family in south-east London. I’m passionate about solving tough customer problems by combining thoughtful research, smart technology and clever design. I’ve previously setup and ran a digital experience design studio called icoEx, led digital projects at its award-winning sister company ico Design, headed up digital for two national arts organisations (both focused on weird music and sound art) and been a research assistant at Goldsmiths College, University of London. I enjoy working with teams of talented people to produce solutions to tough customer-centric problems. I like to see projects from concept through to completion, and love getting my hands dirty — whether that’s winning new business, defining smart strategies, leading on creative solutions, crafting user experiences, product managing it to completion or by mentoring others to achieve great results.
