Before GLG had a marketing department (or CMO), I played the role of interim marketing touchpoint across multiple departments. I helped overhaul the entire email strategy for the firm and was responsible for the execution of marketing for 200+ global events monthly, managing over 100k invites though multiple channels and touchpoints to 30k users. I tore apart and rebuilt email cadences, rules of engagement, lead scoring and nurture mapping processes.
