On a daily basis I speak with both new and existing customers and help them with all manners of queries… weather it be setting up a new policy; making a change to an existing one, taking payment, or dealing with complaints and trying to resolve the issue they have quickly and effectively so the customer still feels like a valued customer within esure. I also have to manage my own time as an agent; arrange call backs, transfer customers to the right department, and create a positive image for both myself and the company with every customer I interact with.
