    S10 Supplies are a B2B facilities company that provide products for hotels & hospitals, as Digital Marketing and Media Manager I manage the marketing department by taking responsibility for the company's brand and image by overseeing the production of all promotional material via print, email and website content. • Creating digital images for the S10 social media pages and helping to increase the number of followings with planning and helping to grow their audience and monitoring the accounts. Using Mailchimp to create email campaigns and newsletters to the suppliers & customers with always researching in seeking new ways of marketing and increasing brand awareness in general. • Carrying out design work creating the catalogues on the managing directors' vision for S10, they go online for customers or go to print for suppliers. Marketing also collaborates with the purchasing manager and the sales team at S10 on all products and prices to identify sale trends for promotions. • Maintaining the company's website by keeping it updated with the latest products and offers, adding product images and descriptions, removing products from the site, updating daily imports on the products, updating item orders though portals and supporting online enquires from the customers. • Using Sage 50 cloud to check our products and services i.e. - product codes, descriptions, sales price, quantity of the stock and cost prices. • Making sure schedules for tasks are on time, deadlines are met with also managing and planning multiple projects at one time.
