• Working as part of The Body Shop account team my role is to define, plan and
manage creative development, production and strategic projects across a wide
range of digital and print deliverables, from online advertising, social, DOOH,
ECRM, web and print.
• Responsible for maintaining an excellent relationship with the client through
constant communication, creative thinking and problem solving.
• Tracking and managing resource, anticipating possible issues and managing
expectations of internal and client teams.
• Creating and updating project documentation including project briefing
documents, schedules and budgets.
• Being proactive by adding value to client briefs by helping them to develop and
enhance these by suggesting ways they can be brought to life.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance internal processes workflows and project
standards.
• Delivering projects on time, to spec and within budget.
