I consult for health & wellbeing initiatives and companies helping to create partnerships, collaboration and connection.
I work as a nutritionist with Hum2n clinic, a leading longevity clinic, whose clients are humans and pro athletes, providing a physician or expert led approach to health goals.
Trained holistically with a Masters in Holistic Nutrition (lifestyle medicine), I consider all factors that benefit health and apply a 360 evidenced based approach to health care.
I’ve delivered welling initiatives to a number of corporate partners including Discovery Communication; and working with Facebook engineers on jet lag & how to travel wellness so that they are productive for their business.
Originally from NZ, my background is in blue chip documentaries. I have worked with high profile talent including David Attenborough in Galapagos, co ordinated Ben Affleck into Sudan & Darfur for UNHCR, filmed with Lewis Hamilton and joined the director Davis Guggenheim filming Malala Yousafzai - He Named Me Malala.
