    Responsibilities • I manage seven brands in my role as Senior Marketing Executive. This includes A&E Agency, Pathology Group, GP World, General Medicine Group, Surgical People, Pulse Psychiatry and Pulse Acute Doctors • Event management – sourcing merchandise, producing print literature and coming up with innovative stand attractions to encourage as many registrations as possible • Website copywriting – I have produced content and copy for four new websites – A&E Agency, Pathology Group, GP World and Surgical People • Content planning – as seven brands is very difficult to maintain from a content perspective, I currently produce a content plan for A&E Agency, GP World and Pulse Psychiatry • Email marketing – creating and sending out revenue generating e-shots to our database. I am very experienced in producing professional and targeted campaigns through Dotmailer • PPC – I have run paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. I am also experienced in creating Google Ads campaigns including creating ad copy, keyword planning and writing content for targeted landing pages • Write copy and produce design briefs for marketing collateral and brochures • Create annual marketing strategy and lead this across my brands Key achievements • Increased no. of registrations at 2017 event by 60% from the 2016 event. This was achieved by running a campaign called ‘#MindTips’ that encouraged psychiatrists to attend our stand and enter their best mind tips for people struggling with depression through a Twitter account. We then donated 50p per tweet to children’s mental health charity, YoungMinds. This was incredibly successful in generating candidates as well as strengthening Pulse Psychiatry’s brand reputation • A&E Agency website launch – increased number of sessions YOY by 32%. We have also seen a 17% YOY increase in average session duration. More importantly, we have improved the goal conversions (registrations and applications) by 10,460% (from 5 to 528) • During my time here, I have attracted 944 doctors to register via Facebook paid adverts. This has been a mixture of international and UK focussed campaigns for A&E Agency and GP World

    Responsibilities • Create a marketing strategy that ensured both the marketing and business development departments were working in line with each other to help sign new clients • Implementing the strategy for social media including LinkedIn, Twitter & YouTube. During the time that I was responsible for this we saw an increase of 300% to our follower base across LinkedIn and 100% on Twitter • Email Marketing - managing & co-ordinating our bi-monthly mail out ‘CurveMail’ to their database of 25,000 HR Directors and CEOs. This included ensuring the design and content are all ready to go to hit very specific deadlines • Writing articles, case studies and white papers to be uploaded to our website and also sent out in our bi-monthly mail out ‘CurveMail’ • I was part of a team that wrote a bid competing for a multi-million pound contract for the company • Basic Adobe Photoshop skills self taught to help save the company costs from using marketing agencies. I have used these skills for both internal and external purposes including in important tender documents • Event Management. Oversaw the company’s biggest ever annual conferences in 2015 and 2016. This involved the planning of the event and ensuring it ran smoothly on the day. Internal stakeholder engagement was key and explaining to the directors of the business how the day would run
