Work with the CRM department to manage the delivery of marketing campaigns. My responsibility as a digital designer is to take briefs set by the team and design digital banners, web pushes, email campaigns, and concepts for various events, such as; Christmas, Black Friday, and Easter.
Design, build and launch landing pages for various campaigns across the mothercare website. This involved working closely with UX designers, stakeholders, and team members in order to bring a brief to life. I had to work to guidelines provided by mothercare, while also finding the right balance with other brands.
Design and deliver multiple design projects for various mediums including; digital, email campaigns, large format printing, packaging, and lots more. Work with team members to complete tasks within a set timeframe. Solved problems that included updating the master document for brochures, resulting in improved speed of the overall process.
Manage, design and deliver websites for SMEs. My role required me to apply the fundamentals of web design. I worked with internal and external web developers to design websites that were functional and followed the brief set by the client. I also had to communicate with clients to keep them up to date on the progress of the site.
