About me

I'm a recognised specialist in the HR & payroll tech. arena for over 25 years. In 2000 I co-founded the boutique HRmeansbusiness consultancy and followed up in 2009 by launching the HRcomparison website for comparison of HR tech software. In 2017 I published “Selecting and Implementing HR & Payroll software”, (updated 2019) and this year I published "Mission:HR" As well as consulting I'm actively engaged in producing educational podcasts, webinars and written material for HR & payroll practitioners and for the past two years has been on the panel of judges for the HR technology portion of the Personnel today Annual Awards. I'm also involved with the AllRemotely and HRSoftwareFinder start-ups.
