Hired to fire up a content department for African betting brands whose online content operations are situated in the UK. Responsible for all online content needs as directed, as well as implementing ideas of my own from start to finish. This involved content creation in various guises, from developing promotional posters for land-based operations to blogging, writing reviews and editorials and basic CRM procedures. As the company expanded to new regions, so the need for content increased.
Primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of content for the Hollywoodbets Sports Blog. This involved writing as well as editing content, before posting of the content to the blog site and its subsequent promotion on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Google +. Other roles included day-to-day community management on said platforms, paid social and blogger campaigns, lead generation and online brand advertising.
