Responsibilities include:
- Processing Petty Cash and FairFX enevelopes by making sure that all transactions are accounted for, correctly coded, and appropriately flagged before getting approvals from the Financial Controller and Line Producer.
- Inputting Petty Cash envelopes, AP Invoices, and Purchase Orders (via Digital Purchase Order) into SmartAccounting, and creating appropriate reports to be checked by the First Assistant Accountant.
- Posting batches weekly so that they are ready for payment and subsequent filing.
- Maintaining Vendor information, ensuring that payment details and contact information is up-to-date and accurate for easier weekly payments.
- Offering support to Payroll by aiding with the inputting and filing of sensitive information regarding main crew and daily crew.
- Corresponding with the different departments to clear up any queries to ensure a quick turnaround time for payments.
