We develop capacity-building programmes to help people in simple and practical ways to become better innovators for the common good. We also advice and support to organisations so they can improve their ability to innovate. My role includes: - Leading on the design and development of the team's brands. - Managing the development and lifecycle of various programme brands in an evolving, iterative and reflective way. - Designing and developing programme assets, from content to communication tools and materials, for creating a great user experience for internal and external audiences. - Contributing to the user experience design of the Skills team portfolio of programmes, providing design input in key touch points along the programmes’ journeys. - Responsible for mapping and coordinating design assets to increase efficiency on teamwork dynamics - Communicating and envisioning concepts and ideas using design methods such as user research, ideation, stakeholder mapping and co-designing. - Supporting with workshop delivery and facilitation for engaging with internal and external stakeholders to deliver meaningful experiences. - Visualising complex problems and concepts to help inform the team when making decisions based on the information available and research evidence. - Helping to bring service design thinking into the Innovation Skills programmes.
In AMA I worked directly with the museum’s archival material and the permanent collection inventory. I was in charge of preparing and producing an institutional video that was focused towards a partnership campaign. I worked with improving our social media presence by posting activities on a daily basis. I also supported the educational programs (academic children workshops), and I worked in designing e-flyers/other promotional material. In Grupo Turé I worked with several clients to effectively advertise their product in a creative and innovative way. Some of these clients are: · Salads2Go: Photographed all of the salads and a variety of products that the company offers. All of the photographs are used for advertising. · Axxis Hospital: Photographed two departments of the hospital: Nusense and MedicalTrack. · Mulala: Photographed the restaurant with all the graphic implementation that GT rebranded for them.
Sesiones Al Parque (Park Sessions) is a musical project that showcases Ecuadorian talent among new and old musicians in Quito. The idea is to produce a video clip of a band and while also including the public to be a part of the process. In Sesiones Al Parque I am the official photographer of all the events.

Directing & filmmaking a short documentary of the Community of Santa Rosa in Ecuador. Filming a documentary of the Community in Santa Rosa. The main purpose of this documentary is to raise awareness of Santa Rosa’s state. What makes this project unique is the blending of art, poetry, and sociological issues within modern times. Partnership with Huella Productions (Buenos Aires, Argentina).
A full-time internship at Grupo Mamut Advertising Agency over the summer of 2013, I worked directly with the design, animation and creative department. During my time at Mamut I created logos, adds, and multimedia videos for different clients.
Dissertation: Explore the evolving role of the design manager, and how this role enables the creative industry to support innovation-driven brands.
Thesis Projects: project I worked in a photo-documentation of the artists that have been critical to the completion of Antonio Gaudi's Basílica de la Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, Spain. For this project, I contacted some of the most important figures of Cataluyna’s art scene of the past 50 years to interview them.
Thesis Project: Documentary, "manglare" and corresponding photo exhibition aimed to sensationalize the issue while raising awareness to gather support for the community.
