Running (Diamond Clear) has been a great journey, from early 2012 we started the company off with very little knowledge of how to run a business, if not of what it takes to get a consistent amount of work per month.
Since then we have refined the direction we want to head in. Diamond Clear (DMNDCLR) is a company offering video production services for Corporate Video's and Promo Videos.
Maintaining this all has taught me valuable skills such as Time-keeping through Production Management, Producing and Directing.

Having worked myself up from a runner to a co-managing productions, I was able to understand and build strong relationships with crew onset.
This role allowed me to develop strong sense of communication, being onset and in control of the day can be testing and through trial and error I was able to develop a effective formula of managing multiple departments and produce a client happy project.
