• Overseeing incoming deliveries and providing timely updates to the Manager, ensuring seamless logistical operations.
• Procuring and tracking essential supplies to sustain the studio's operational needs.
• Spearheading creative exploration and orchestrating the coordination of international exhibitions, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and an innate sense of artistic sensibility.
• Crafting presentations and designing exhibition catalogues to enhance the studio’s brand presence and artistic allure.
• Actively participating in exhibitions, fairs, and openings, representing the artist's vision and fostering meaningful connections within the art community.
• Capturing and editing photographs of artworks for archival purposes, ensuring preservation and documentation of each piece.
• Seamlessly designing and producing authentic certificates and labels for all new artworks, while concurrently ensuring the documentation and archival of existing pieces.
• Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability by fulfilling additional business responsibilities as needed, including on-site management and comprehensive business reporting.
