My name is Dillon Knox, currently at University of Westminster, studying Fashion Marketing & Promotion.
I am originally from Bedlington, Northumberland, but it’s easier to say Newcastle.

- First year Styling PhotoshootThis photoshoot was conducted in aim to acheve a cover page/editoial for a mock-up magazine of our choice. We decided on the concep for the shoot, focusing on our Y2K and grunge-core aesthetic. We took the photos over a plain white backdrop, which we actually really loved given the purity and the aura that the Model presented when in character.

Supervisor and Sales AdvisorThe Vintage Scene

I began my role as a sales advisor working for The Vintage Scene - Newcastle in October of 2021. From April 14th 2022 I was promoted to the position of full time Supervisor of the store, which I left in June 2023 to attend University.
My roles involved stock check/management, cash handling, social media marketing (both Instagram and Facebook), window dressing/mannequin styling, engagement campaigns, hygiene maintenance, garment preservation and maintenance.
I also managed a team of five members of staff throughout a weekly rota. With new staff members that started working with me, I gave training to each staff member and worked well with ommunication among the group. We talked inside and outside of work - about work - and managed to achieve and promote several Sales events within the store, some of which saw extreme success, with the store making over £10,000 in one day. The store is 4M x 12M for reference.
