I resource, train and manage all freelance retouchers, locally and overseas, whilst providing in-house advanced retouching. I write reviews, supervise the quality of all photo editing, and improve and develop the retouching workflow for the company. In doing that I create actions on Photoshop, keep a log of timings and numbers, write in-detail retouching guides and checklists. Working for big clients in the Out of Home advertising industry, I have learnt to follow tight deadlines and create consistent high end content whilst in close collaboration with the production team. This position prompted me to excel in professional, constructive communication within a fast paced and demanding environment.
