About me

My name is Diogo Baptista, and I am a freelance Photographer and Audiovisual Creative based in Porto, Portugal. With a background in graphic design, photography, cinema and audiovisual communications, the current social media world looks like the perfect opportunity to combine all skills and apply in to personal projects and show my personal insight about the world. My passion for photography and the ability of telling other’s people stories has been evident in my work over this past 10 years where I have learned to interact with a diverse group of people, which has increased my ability to relate to others. Nowadays I collaborate with national and international newspapers and photo agencies with the main focus in photojournalism, documentary and travel photography. Award winner photographer and qualify trainer I also focus my knowledge preparing lessons for enthusiastic or professional photographers that are interest in photography and contemporary history, composition and subject approach, basic photography technics, building narratives or editing skills. My objective is to be able to pass knowledge with a good communication, time management that will be able to show the importance of a good team work.
