o As the experienced, Senior Ecommerce Stylist on the team, I lead & create innovative Styling, coach the Assistant Stylist & produce the daily shoot schedules to ensure that product is shot & exited from the studio efficiently. o Flat & model Styling. I work with the Buying teams to interpret the vision of their brands in an appropriate way online across Footwear & Fashion, utilising guidelines, current trends & the US bench mark examples. o Daily, I create and implement ideas for different sets, art directing the lighting & angles with the Photographer. o I work with Adult & Kids models in the studio & on location, working with the Photographers to creating interesting propositions for clothing, hair/make up & accessories. I seek to produce fun & interesting imagery by providing an engaging & relaxed atmosphere for the models, also referencing mood boards created on an ongoing basis. o Partnerships across the business - Daily communication with the Buying teams & the Studio Manager to ensure effective sample coordination & implementation of specific styling requests according to brand & sales forecasts. Coordination with the Copy & Image Editing teams to ensure the timely uploading of images & appropriate amendments where necessary. o Continual review & critiquing of Studio processes, competitors & Styling, engaging in strategy meetings to produce exciting & innovative imagery online. o Prop buyer - I created and maintain the budget, refreshing the wardrobe & props store to ensure newness & current accessories are available.
I brainstormed & created concepts for styling lifestyle, cut out & model product photography within a fast paced studio environment for multi-channels - catalogue & richer content imagery for Ecommerce. When the Spring/Summer 2014 model fashion shoot was brought in house, I partnered with the Buying team to garner confidence for delivery of model & still life product shots. The shoot was successfully completed & recognised by Senior Management & the business as a success. I was also the Lead Stylist for the video set producing instructional videos & photography for iPad apps.
Reporting into the Studio Director with a direct reporting Assistant, I produced a consistently high quality & volume of imagery within a fast paced & pressurised environment for Ecommerce. A series of my online work was included in the Spring/Summer 2013 printed catalogue, a major coup for the Ecommerce styling team in bolstering support & confidence in internal stakeholders for the in-house styling team. I worked with the Art Director creating interior set designs, incorporating design trends within the existing company style guidelines.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Visual Presentation I was responsible for the Visual Presentation of the Polo Brand in all UK & European stores across Kids, Womens & Menswear. Elevating the store presentation in line with US counterparts. I ensured consistency in Brand management, leveraging the luxury appeal of the brand through innovative window displays & VM through model store VM guidelines. Extensive travel to stores providing coaching & training on all aspects of VM & styling. Presented with the ‘employee achievement award' for the 1st Quarter 2007. Contributed to the success of the Visual Presentation (VP) team when recognised for the ‘best store support’ award at the General Managers Conference 2006.
