Working in the PR industry gave me valuable insights into the discipline, a valuable asset in integrated communications. MAIN ROLES • Driving Change and Innovation / Training Staff / Business Development • Famous for its financial PR, I developed the consumer brand business and the necessary agency assets (strategy, digital and creativity) for the Malaysian region. I was invited to drive the requisite change. Under my management, the company diversified and currently goes by the name of L.INC, DR.INC, TH.INC and NALA Designs (www.naladesigns.com). MAIN ROLES Operational Management / Business Strategy / Driving Change ACHIEVEMENTS In one year, I redefined the company’s vision with the founding partners, modified the shareholders situation, reorganised operational processes, optimized human resources and the P&L balance and increased the YTD revenue by 35%.
