Pre-Production:
Production expenses / budgets / schedules: Sorting P.E estimates and budget management of the production, updating production schedules and allocating in-house staff to projects.
Organising local & international shoots: call sheets, risk assessments, travel itineraries / production packets and client liaison.
Sourcing crew: Booking local + international freelance crew, negotiating rates, raising PO’s, assessing crew kit, availability of hard drives.
The Shoot: Sorting location travel i.e Booking taxis / car hire, booking flights + accommodation, sorting crew float, booking/organising catering if needed, sourcing locations, issuing location release forms, source parking if needed, hiring extra film kit and working with a local fixer if necessary.
Visas & Carnet: Experience with Hong Kong and Saudi Arabia visas, ETA’s and ESTA’s as well as Carnets.
International production companies: Establishing relationships, negotiating rates, checking showreels, coordinating shoots, raising PO’s, agreeing on payment terms, coordinating payment.
Talent: Issuing contracts, NDA’s, agreeing usage rights / buyouts and raising PO’s.
Production:
Troubleshooting onset issues and coordinate productions from base.
Post Production:
Sorting footage transfer / delivery for regional and international shoots
Purchasing stock footage and archive research
Updating budgets, logging expenses into FW, and updating crew PO’s.
Miscellaneous duties:
Research: Production research, drone footage research, archive and location research
Assistance: Working with the Senior PM and PM to maintain production value and standard.
Kit: Briefing and working with the technical assistant on upcoming shoots, prioritising in-house kit over hires, checking kit hires against the budget, sorting kit hire logistics.
Paperwork: Filing / digitising release forms, ensuring all crew + talent have signed NDA’s, ensuring all talent have signed + agreed to contracts including buyout, ensuring all location release forms are signed.

Pre-Production: Casting talent, producing call-sheets, booking van hires/travel and accommodation, booking/organising catering, sorting flights and travel itineraries, sourcing locations, research, arranging Carnets, contacting local fixers, booking equipment and freelance crew, arranging floats for crew, raising PO’s, sourcing props and wardrobe.
Production: Production coordination, sorting location and talent/contributor release forms, general assistance on set / maintaining a calm and productive atmosphere whilst on set.
Post Production: QC edits, manage edit-only projects and assist the producers with transcriptions and subtitles for animations and videos.
Office duties/Admin: Filing/digitising paperwork, sorting project expenses, picking up clients/talent from the main reception, answer/transfer incoming calls and organising the company’s daily schedule.
