I'm a freelance copywriter and screenwriter. I have a BA (Hons) in Scriptwriting for Film and TV from Bournemouth University, and am passionate about stories in all their forms.
I'm looking to break into the the world of film/tv/game writing, and spend a lot of my free time pursuing those goals while collaborating with people from all walks of life.

Responsible for company-wide copy at the biggest fundraising agency in the UK. Predominantly I write telephone scripts that raise money for some of the biggest charities in at home and abroad, including Unicef, BHF, Macmillan, WWF, the Red Cross, Greenpeace, and Prostate Cancer UK. Ostensibly this requires using as few words as possible to encourage people to support some of the most important causes on the planet, and it's helped me to massively hone my storytelling craft.

Achieved a high 2:1 with Honours in my Scriptwriting degree. Achieved the highest graded scripts for two of our three major projects - one being my dissertation feature film 'Salvation'.
Collaborated with some of the brightest minds in the industry, and learnt about how to write engaging and grounded dialogue, script flow and archetypal story structures like the Hero's Journey, and how important it is to show - not tell.
