Ashfield is a global events agency specialising in healthcare meetings and events. I'm currently on a 6-month contract to support the agency with their largest project of the year and with a smaller meeting: 4-day global meeting in Amsterdam, spanning 3 venues, 2 hotels, a budget of 2.5ml+ EUR, around 750 delegates, several ad-hoc meetings, 2 large gala dinners, a selection of city tours. 2-day SLT meeting in Brussels at a popular hotel for 150 delegates, a budget of 200k+ EUR, external dinner at rooftop location, a video town hall for the CEO of the company. I am responsible for logistics, finance, delegate experience, and supply chain aspects of these events.
