As Tech Nation's Design Lead, I was the driving force behind our brand's visual identity. My role involved creating and managing a diverse range of marketing campaigns and events, such as web banners, social graphics, brochures, insights reports, web landing pages, animations, infographics, and more.
I was also responsible for inspiring and motivating my team to produce outstanding work, while ensuring their personal and technical development. By cultivating a supportive and positive environment, I empowered my designers to excel, leading the charge in our ever-evolving brand.
My achievements at Tech Nation are something I'm incredibly proud of. For example, I was responsible for designing the annual Tech Nation Report UK - a prestigious publication that highlights UK tech statistics globally and is recognised and respected by tech companies worldwide. Plus, it's been signed off by Downing Street - how cool is that?

During my time at size?, a footwear giant owned by JD sports, I had the opportunity to be part of an exciting and fast-paced marketing team. As a designer and creative, I played a pivotal role in the entire creative process from ideation to final production, both in print and digital. My portfolio included designing digital animated advertisements and conceptualizing store designs that offered a unique customer experience.
Working as an internal agency, we received briefs from renowned brands such as Nike, Adidas, Converse, and interpreted them to create bespoke content for our in-house projects. This meant that our creative work was exclusive to size? and not available to our competitors, giving us a competitive edge in the market.
Among my notable achievements was the redesign of the size? website and creative blog, Spaces Inbetween. I also played a critical role in designing and installing the new store concept in Paris, which received accolades from both the company and customers. I'm proud to have been part of such an exciting team that produced creative work that left a lasting impact.
